At the age of 13 Tricia was first introduced into the fascinating world of Early Childhood Education when she volunteered for several years at a United Way funded nursery school. When she was old enough, she was able to get a job there. From that time forward Tricia knew she wanted to dedicate her life to the education of young children and their families. 

By the time she obtained her Early Childhood Developmental Accreditation, concentrated on Birth to 5^th Grade, at the University of Delaware, she had been managing child care centers for over 2 years already. Over the next 20 years she earned more than 2 dozen national awards for top performance in her administrative leadership roles. Tricia is recognized in the community as a leader for providing quality education programs for young children and their families. Her love of the Delaware community where she happily grew up, and where she now raises her own children, is the motivation behind the Lifespan Development Centers. The goal of the Lifespan Development Centers is to provide a unique learning experience for all ages while being cognizant of each family’s needs.
